BOLLINGER

A Champagne with a unique style, Bollinger Special Cuvée stands out on a festive table setting due to its dark golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties. A very dry Champagne, you can expect to taste notes of toasted brioche, citrus and fresh walnut married with fruity aromas on the nose. When it comes to food pairings, don’t be shy – its notable depth means that it holds well with heavier dishes featuring shellfish, sashimi and hard cheeses such as Parmesan.

POL ROGER

For those who prefer something on the richer side, Pol Roger Brut Réserve has an exquisite depth of flavour and elegance, making it ideal for really special occasions. It’s said Pol Roger was the Champagne poured at the wedding of the Prince and Princess of Wales. Complex flavours arise as a result of four years ageing, it has a palate of stone fruits, beeswax and honey and nuttiness to taste. A perfect aperitif that pairs beautifully with canapés.

LAURENT-PERRIER LA CUVÉE BRUT

The freshest of the three Champagnes, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Brut is hugely popular with both the Nor’ Loft team and their guests. Combining notes of white flowers, citrus and peach with light toasty notes, this makes for a delicate drink, supported by a subtle effervescence. As a result of this, it makes for an ideal accompaniment to poultry and therefore, your classic Christmas turkey.
