Five Star Wellness Retreat

As part of its ongoing wellness evolution, the Gleneagles Spa is partnering with much-loved naturopath and nutritionist, and former supermodel, Rosemary Ferguson, to offer a series of three 3-day retreats with the first taking place this month.

The retreat in November will be Rosemary’s first in a spa in Scotland and one of personal significance, given her upbringing in nearby Helensburgh.

Over the course of the 3 days, Rosemary will focus on three key areas: liver, gut health and re-energising through the power of nutrition and the great outdoors. We got the lowdown on what to expect…

Day 1

A late afternoon arrival with Yin Yoga followed by a private dinner, curated and hosted by Rosemary, in the Winter Garden.

Day 2

Begin the day with Yoga in the grounds followed by breakfast with Rosemary.

You’ll be whisked off to a nearby estate and immersed in the local landscape with a moderate level guided walk to reach the stone cairn at summit and revel in the views.

A light lunch back at Gleneagles and then you’ll have time for a 50-minute personalised Gleneagles massage and a personal consultation with Rosemary.

Dinner in the Winter Garden will be followed by a Sound Bath.

Day 3

Yin Yoga starts the day with breakfast in the Winter Garden

We’ll be taking you on another wilderness adventure as we take a gentle walk to the hidden glen waterfall. A peaceful place for yoga and an invigorating spot for a wild swim!

Lunch is once again followed by either another 50-minute personalised massage* or consultation with Rosemary.

Day 4

There’s nothing quite like a power hike across the grounds to prepare you for the day ahead with breakfast in the Winter Garden.

You’re welcome to make the most of the Health Club facilities before departing at leisure.

The Rosemary Ferguson Retreat at Gleneagles will run from 22-25 Nov 2021, 17–20 Jan and 21–24 March 2022.

Rates for the package start from £2,955 including VAT, based on two people sharing an Estate Room for three nights with all elements detailed included. A second 50-minute personalised massage can be booked at an additional cost.

Single occupancy rates start from £1,995 including VAT, staying in an Estate Room for three nights.
