Give Brunch a Gin Spin
Love a Bloody Mary with your brunch? Why not give it a gin spin this weekend and make a Red Snapper instead?
Makar Red Snapper
What you need:
60ml Makar Original Dry Gin
120ml Tomato Juice
15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
7.5ml Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup
4 dash Worcestershire sauce
7 drop hot pepper sauce
2 grind black pepper
2 pinch celery salt
How to make it: Shake all ingredients in with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Serve with straws.
