Sourdough specialists, Twelve Triangles has now extended their expertise into pizza bases ideal for Edinburgers looking for a lazy weekend feast.

The house-made ready to roll sourdough bases are available to pick-up each Friday and Saturday from the Easter Road shop and bakery. A one-stop shop for all your posh pizza needs you’ll find all ingredients for your favourite toppings such as basil, mozzarella  and Parma ham to anchovies, olives and rocket.

All fresh ingredients are sourced from trusted suppliers including fresh meats, charcuterie and cheeses from producers like Leith’s East Coast Cured, organic vegetables from East Lothian’s Phantassie Farm and pickles and ketchups made lovingly by the Twelve Triangles team. 

Ideal for a pizza party or a leisurely dinner for a family, it’s a weekend treat that will always be in fashion.
