Edinburgh's own Hamish Hawk is set to release his new album, A Firmer Hand, on August 16th through So Recordings.

Renowned for his rich voice and even richer imagination, Hawk's latest work promises to be a tapestry of musical pen-portraits and chamber pop songs, weaving together elements of modern urban and island fairy tales.
