The lineup's been announced for Party at the Palace 2020 - and it's a good one
Team Hood loves nothing more than a music festival during the summertime - and especially one where we can all head home to our own beds at the end of the day. So we’re delighted to share with you the news today that one of Scotland’s best day festivals, Party at the Palace, has announced its main stage lineup for the 2020 festival, so you can start prepping your summer plans now.
Headlining the main stage on Saturday 8 August will be indie-rock legends Manic Street Preachers, supported by a roster of much-loved acts including Toploader and Scottish rising stars The Snuts. And closing the party in style on Sunday 9 August will be Hot Dub Time Machine and electronic band OMD.
There’s also the second and third stages, packed with up-and-coming acts to help you find a new favourite, as well as presenters from Forth 1, a street food area, a market area, funfair and a silent disco, so your whole weekend will be crammed with things to see, listen to and enjoy.
Taking place in the grounds of Linlithgow Palace, just 20 minutes from Edinburgh, this is the seventh outing for the award-winning Party at the Palace festival. To keep an eye on further announcements and to get your tickets, visit partyatthepalace.co.uk.
