Five Star Festive Cocktail

Is there anything more decadent and deliciously festive than a few cocktails in a cosy, stylish hotel bar? We think not. Which is why a visit to The Balmoral in Edinburgh is always on our Christmas calendar. If you can’t make it along this year, fret not. We have one of the five star’s favourite cocktail recipe here for you to try at home…

Merry Martini

Ingredients:
* 50ml Sloe Mulberry Gin
* 15ml Pear Liqueur
* 20ml Lillet Blanc
* 2 dashes of orange bitters
Method:
1. Take a chilled Nick and Nora glass
2. Measure the above ingredients into the glass and stir gently
3. Add 3x cherries on a skewer to garnish
