Tasty Gin Cocktails to Impress Your Guests

Don’t know about you but we’re feeling suitably festive and thoughts are already turning to a cocktail or two this weekend.

How about trying a luxuriously warming cocktail from Whitley Neill Gin, the Queen’s High Tea is made with Whitley Neill’s Blackberry Gin and heated up with a mix of honey, lemon and apple juice, this comforting cocktail is a deliciously fruity winter warmer. *mince pies optional.

Queen’s High Tea

50ml Whitley Neill Blackberry Gin
25ml runny honey
25ml lemon juice
150ml apple juice 
Garnish with plump blackberries

Heat the apple juice and add the gin, honey and lemon juice and mix until combined. Pour into a glass teacup and serve with a sweet treat – a delicious take on the classic hot toddy.

Under the Mistletoe

20ml Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin

10ml lemon juice

10ml Amaretto

10ml red vermouth

Prosecco

Sprig of rosemary

Add the gin, lemon juice, amaretto and red vermouth to a cocktail shaker with ice and mix to combine. Pour into a flute glass, top up with prosecco and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Connoisseur’s Cut Martini

60ml Whitley Neill Connoisseur’s Cut Gin
15ml dry vermouth
Grapefruit peel

Stir the gin, dry vermouth and ice together or put into a cocktail shaker to combine. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with a twist of grapefruit peel.
