The menu, celebrating Scotland’s larder, is available throughout December, with a special Christmas Day menu for the 25th. My friend and I began with the beetroot and oak-smoked salmon starters—the latter a visual and flavorful delight. For mains, we embraced tradition with succulent roast turkey, complemented by perfectly balanced trimmings. No dry bird here!

Ending on a savoury note, we shared a seasonal cheese plate—so good, not a crumb remained. Festive port accompanied our final course under the atrium’s domed ceiling completed the Insta-worthy experience, putting us firmly in the holiday spirit.
