Starters INCLUDE:

  • Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Spring Rolls with sweet and sour soy

  • Pan Seared Pork Dumplings with black pepper pork

  • Royal Koi Fish Gau with black cod, yuzu, and miso



    Mains Range From:

  • Wok Fired Angry Bird: Chicken with roasted chilli pepper, cashews, and sesame honey soy

  • Sea Bass Chinese Curry: Lemongrass, kaffir lime leaf, and pak choi

  • Kung Po Tofu: Pineapple, green beans, and lotus


    Desserts are deliciously decadent too:

  • Cherry Blossom: Cherry, chocolate, and candy floss

  • Asian Pear Sticky Toffee Pudding: Cinnamon, vanilla, and almond

    All graduates dining from the special Wisdom of the Dragon menu will receive a complimentary glass of EPC Champagne and a limited edition Golden Dragon sharing cocktail made with Bacardi Carta Blanca, orange, and jasmine, perfect for the whole table to share.
