Festive Fragrance with Dr. Vranjes Firenze and Jeffreys Interiors

Christmas magic descended on Edinburgh as Jeffreys Interiors, the award-winning interior design studio renowned for its eclectic style and bespoke services, hosted an exclusive festive afternoon tea at Prestonfield House. With just 20 lucky guests in attendance, the intimate event featured Matteo Manna, from Dr. Vranjes Firenze, who brought a touch of Florence to this decadent seasonal gathering.

Set against the opulent backdrop of Prestonfield’s Christmas décor, Matteo guided guests through the world of Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s luxury diffusers and candles. From the velvety richness of Rosso Nobile, reminiscent of fine Tuscan red wine, to the deep, sensual warmth of Velvet Saffron, my personal favourite, each scent captivated the room. This luxurious fragrance, with its sophisticated notes of saffron and suede, felt like the perfect cosy complement to a festive winter evening.

Guests were treated to an exclusive insight into how Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s fragrances are crafted, along with tips on using scent to transform their homes for the festive season. Matteo shared his expertise on layering fragrances to create a warm, welcoming ambience, showing just how scent can elevate both mood and décor.

Matteo also highlighted the inspiration behind Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s iconic bottle design. Shaped like the octagonal dome of Florence’s Duomo, the bottles are not just vessels for fragrance but also elegant pieces of Italian craftsmanship that add a touch of timeless beauty to any interior.

The afternoon tea was a feast for the senses, featuring champagne, seasonal delicacies, and plenty of festive cheer. Guests left inspired, with plans to introduce a touch of Italian elegance to their homes this Christmas—and perhaps a Dr. Vranjes Firenze diffuser or candle under the tree.
