Pho Brings Vietnamese Street Food to Lothian Road with Free Pho Day

Vietnamese street food lovers, get ready! Pho is opening its second Edinburgh location on Lothian Road on 25th October, following the success of its venue at St. James Quarter. The much-anticipated opening kicks off with a "Free Pho Day," offering customers a complimentary bowl of their signature pho from midday until stocks run out.

Set to take over the former Wildwood venue, the new restaurant will feature 100 covers and an extensive menu of vibrant, healthy dishes. From crispy spring rolls to spicy curries, wok-fried noodles, and a variety of pho, there’s something for everyone. Guests can indulge in dishes like beef brisket noodle soup simmered in a 12-hour bone broth, the ‘supergreen’ soup, or a fiery prawn noodle soup—all made fresh daily.

Libby Andrews, Pho’s Marketing Director, said: "We're excited to welcome Edinburgh locals to our new Lothian Road location on Free Pho Day. We encourage diners to arrive early to enjoy our freshly-made soups on the house!"

Mark your calendar for 25th October and be part of Pho’s flavourful launch!
