Make Your Own: Fingal's Valentine’s Day cocktail – Violet Kiss

Fingal guests are currently going overboard for its new Valentine’s cocktail, Violet Kiss, which has been created exclusively by the ship’s very own mixologists. This eye-catching violet cocktail is a sweet temptation with berries galore and is served with a violet and cassis macaron. If you’re not doing Dry January - try now. Otherwise, wait until February 14th!

Ingredients

 

·      35ml Belvedere Blackberry & Lemongrass Vodka

·      15ml Creme de Cassis

·      10ml Chambord 

·      5ml Gomme syrup

·      75ml Pineapple juice

 

Method

1.     Pour all ingredients into shaker and dry shake.

2.     Add ice into shaker and shake.

3.     Fine strain into Nick & Nora glass.
