Tayport Twist
INGREDIENTS
(Serves one)
30ml Lime Juice
30ml Cointreau
Lime twist
Method
Ice a Nick & Nora glass. While glass is being iced add the lime juice, blackcurrant liqueur, vodka and cointreau to a mixing shaker. Fill shaker with ice, shake, strain, & pour
Tayport Calling
Ingredients
(Serves one)
20ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
10ml Fino Sherry Orange Bitters
Method
Ice a Nick & Nora glass. While glass is being iced add lemon juice, simple syrup, Sherry, orange bitters, and Scots Pine Gin to shaker. Fill with ice, shake, strain, and pour. Cut a grapefruit coin and rub on rim and stem of glass to enhance the flavours and serve "Naked" with no garnish.
Tayport Bramble
Ingredients
(Serves one)
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Crushed Ice
Blackberries to garnish
Method
In a Highball glass, pour gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup over crushed ice. Drizzle liqueur over ice and garnish with blackberries.
