Hot Rum Punch
Ingredients
25ml Angostura 7 Rum
10ml Grand Marnier
25ml cloudy apple juice
10ml spiced pomegranate syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters
100ml hot water
Method
1. Heat all ingredients together, ensuring not to boil.
2. Spiced pomegranate can be made by infusing cloves, vanilla, star anise and cinnamon with grenadine.
