Nico Simeone's Sole Club Celebrates New Tuesday Menus

Free butty, anyone? Chef Nico Simeone’s new Finnieston ‘chip shop with a twist’, which opened its doors in Glasgow last month, will hand out 50 free butties in the chippie this today (April 16th).

Simeone’s new ‘elevated’ chippie is a high-end take on a traditional takeaway fish and chip shop, but hidden behind a seemingly innocuous fridge door lies an intimate 20-seat speakeasy-style fish restaurant with a fresh menu that changes daily. 

The dual-concept dining destination is opening on a Tuesday for the first time, and launching two new culinary ‘clubs’ to excite and delight the Glasgow public. 

Launching today, Sole Club’s Chippie will host Butty Club every Tuesday, offering a special butty menu – each for a fiver. 

The chippie’s ‘secret’ speakeasy-style sister restaurant Sole Club will also launch its new Tuesday Club four course menu, where diners can ‘exclusively’ sample dishes from the restaurant’s next menu before anyone else for a special price of £25pp.
